Colorado Blueprint & Bottom Up
In the spring of 2011, Kathay Rennels traveled with Governor Hickenlooper during his "Bottom-Up" economic development initiative to learn about the major economic issues facing all 64 Colorado counties. Business, government and community leaders in each county were asked "Which federal, state, and local initiatives help or hinder your economic development?" Priorities were then identified from these conversations and a report was released by the Governor's Office in July 2011. For more information, visit the Colorado Blueprint website.
