Colorado Native Plant Master Wildflower Walk: Fountain Creek

August 26, 2023 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am

A botanical journey through Fountain Creek Regional Park where we will identify native plants and introduce botanical keying.

Park Description: Fountain Creek Regional Park spans 460 acres and its riparian zones host abundant plant life and bird species. Invasive, alien plants take advantage of these conditions and encroach on native plant habitat. Witness first-hand how important it is to manage noxious weeds in order to steward are native plant ecosystems.

Leader: Allisa Linfield
