Hands-On Food Preservation Class- Learn the pressure canning method of canning low-acid foods

In this hands-on, in-person class, roll up your sleeves and learn step-by-step how to can low-acid foods. Learn how to adjust for high altitudes and ways to prevent spoilage and illness.

Please note: This class involves hands-on activities in the kitchen. Please dress casually and comfortably.
