Food Preservation-Water Bath Canning

Hands-On Food Preservation Class- Learn the water bath method of canning high acid fruits.

In this hands-on, in-person class, roll up your sleeves and learn step-by-step how to can high-acid fruits. Learn how to preserve with different sugar solution ratios and how to adjust for high altitudes.

Please note: This class involves hands-on activities in the kitchen. Please dress casually and comfortably.
